STEPS FOR RECOLLECTION:
1. Think of each person who I have gifted a hand knit object. Establish contact, ask to borrow object.
2. Begin my own process of remembering based on design and construction of objects. Realize physical memories of making through painting and digitally reconstructing patterns found in each object.
3. Receive objects with handwritten memory from user. Use key words in the users’ written memories to tag each item.
4. Document objects, noting wear. Return to owner.
